Yashoda With Baby Krishna  ~ A wonderful Hindu statue!!

If you practice the wonderful faith of Hinduism, you will know exactly who this statue is depicting.

He was born over 3000 BCE to Princess Devaki and Vasudeva.

Soon after Devaki’s brother dethroned the reigning king and jailed Krishna’s parents.

To avoid him being killed, he was smuggled out to the cowherd chief Nanda and Yashoda who looked after

him as he grew up.

The couple had a baby daughter of their own, who they gave up in order to protect Krishna.

Yashoda With Baby Krishna statue simply depicts the love and caring that Yashoda had for Krishna when he was young.

This statue is well weighted and is  modelled & sculptured by  Hindu history.

The approx. measurements include: 13 cm in height, 10 cm wide (across the base & 7.5 cm deep).
It is suitable for a wonderful indoor or outdoor display.

*We recommend using an outdoor spray (inexpensive from any hardware store) if placing these in your garden.
