Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is usually 1 working day, but this can vary depending on special orders. We do our best to send your package as quickly and as well packed as we possibly can either using a courier (within Australia) or through Australia Post.

Please contact us WITHIN 30 days if your shipment has not arrived and we will assist you in trying to find your parcel. After this period of time we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct as once your order is ready for shipment it will be sent to the address according to either PayPal or via your account details.

*Please consider your payment selection when paying for postage on parcels. If you decide to not take the option of having a tracking number included on your parcel, please be advised that your parcel will NOT be tracked (especially for international  parcels) therefore your parcel does NOT have to be scanned at every customs point.

This may result in your parcel going missing, making it very hard to find without tracking details.

We will do our best to try and assist with finding the location of your parcel, but can make NO guarantees that our efforts will be successful. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to send us a message and we will answer as best we can.

Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
